We provide international medical coordination only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical care is delivered by independent healthcare providers.

Clause 03
International Scope

Our services may involve healthcare providers in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Türkiye. Standards, regulations, and patient rights vary by country. You acknowledge and accept this variation.

Clause 04
Patient Authority

You confirm that you are the patient, or that you are legally authorised to act on the patient's behalf. All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Clause 05
Data Use

Your personal and medical data is used solely for case review, provider matching, and coordination of care. It will not be used for any commercial purpose unrelated to your care pathway.

Clause 06
Cross-Border Data Transfer

By submitting your enquiry, you consent to the processing and international transfer of your data to healthcare providers in the countries where your treatment may take place.

Clause 07
No Medical Liability

Al Yaqeen Medical Services is not responsible for any medical decisions, clinical outcomes, complications, or adverse events arising from care provided by independent healthcare providers.

Clause 08
No Guarantee

We do not guarantee acceptance by any provider, specific treatment timelines, clinical outcomes, or visa approval. We facilitate coordination only.

Clause 09
Financial Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all medical treatment costs, travel expenses, accommodation, and any other costs incurred during your care journey abroad.

Clause 10
Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the coordination services we provide. We accept no liability for events beyond our coordination role, including clinical decisions or outcomes.

Clause 11
Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
